  31. supposed to create the proper Shell Execute Registry entries so that you do
  32. not have to do any extra work.  This is thoroughly and accurately
  33. documented by Microsoft.  If the application installer does not create
  34. these keys then it is broken.

  37. 1.22, which predates both Windows 95 and Windows/NT 4.0.
